You're not failing. Your body is overwhelmed.
A one-day, in-person experience for women whose bodies have stopped responding the way they used to. Held on a working ranch in Montana. Led by a naturopathic physician.
You've tried the diet. You've tried the supplements. You've followed the protocols.
You've sat in offices where the labs looked fine and you were told you were fine.
And still — you wake up not knowing which version of your body you'll get today.
You're not missing something. You're not failing.
Your body is carrying more than it can hold. Before it can respond to anything new, the pressure has to come down.
The next public immersion date will be announced here.

No timeline yet. No pressure. You'll hear from us when there's something to share.
A Different Kind of Day
You arrive at the ranch in the morning. The drive in is quiet. There's already tea waiting.
Five to eight other women are there — women whose stories sound like yours.
Women who have also been told their labs look fine while their bodies have told them something different.
The day is unhurried. You'll sit with Dr. Monteil and a small group as she walks you through what your body has actually been telling you.
You'll spend time on land that doesn't ask anything of you.
You'll sit beside horses whose nervous systems will quietly help regulate yours.
You'll eat a meal designed by a chef to reduce demand on your system, not add to it.
By late afternoon, you'll leave with something you haven't had in a long time:
A clearer picture of what's actually happening in your body. A direction that finally makes sense.
The grounded feeling of having been understood.
Led by Dr. Cynthia Monteil, ND
I'm a naturopathic physician and the founder of 3D Wellness — a clinical practice in Townsend, Montana, where I've spent years working with women whose bodies stopped responding the way they used to.
I've also lived this. Not theoretically — physiologically.
The pattern repeats: smart, capable women doing everything right, only to find their bodies more reactive, more inflamed, more unpredictable.
I built Altara because what these women need isn't another protocol. It's a day to bring the pressure down so the body can finally be heard again.
This day is for you if...
-
Your labs are "normal," but you don't feel normal
-
Things that used to work don't work anymore
-
Your symptoms are inconsistent or reactive
-
You've seen multiple providers and still don't have answers
-
You suspect something deeper is being missed

A Few Questions You Might Be Holding
What if I've tried everything?
That's exactly who this day is built for.
What if my case is too complex?
The women who come to Altara are rarely straightforward.
The day is designed for complexity, not for clean cases.
Is this a substitute for medical care?
No. Altara is designed to support understanding and stabilization alongside your existing care, not replace it.
If your body has been telling you something needs to change, this might be the day you finally listen.
